Our life is the sum total of all our activities and we ought to learn to see it in that perspective and learn to value it. This is the reason we must not waste it, which, in practical terms means that we ought not to waste time but use every moment of it. And let me add, relaxing and recreation are not wastage of time. These aspects are also necessary, but in proper proportion. The real enemy of time is laziness and procrastination. Avoid them at all costs, and you will find that you are always ahead of your schedules.
